Delivery

Confirmations

• When your credit card payment is accepted by PayPal, we will send an order confirmation to you by email. PayPal will also send a transaction confirmation for your records. Upon confirmation, no orders can be cancelled unless the Returns & Refunds policies apply.
• Upon order confirmation, goods will be dispatched within 7-10 business days by an international courier. A delivery confirmation together with a tracking number will be sent to you then. Please allow extra time for delivery during high season.

Methods

• Your parcel will normally arrive at your door in 7-10 business days. You will be asked to sign to acknowledge receipt. No other formalities are required.

Embroidery

• Please note that embroidery takes extra time because it is a custom-made service on each wig, so delivery will take a little longer (10-12 business days).
• An order containing both items that require embroidery and those that do not will be shipped together when all goods are ready. In case you would like to receive the items that do not require embroidery at an earlier date, please contact us for arrangement at an additional postage cost.

Customs & Sales Tax / Japan Consumption Tax 

• Your orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes; any additional charges for custom clearance are to be borne by you. wigs2dolls.com cannot be held responsible for the ordered goods meeting local customs laws and/or duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
• Orders from overseas may be sent directly from our supplier, even in a country where the consumption tax does not occur as a shipping handling fee, the total amount will be charged for the indicated amount (including the consumption tax).

Returns

• If a wrong item is sent by mistake, kindly return it to us at our expenses. Please see Returns & Refunds.
